Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. The war was a terrible time for him, and Tim does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Tim never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
