Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Alex was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born in the west to a Miner, Nicholas learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Miner responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
