Description: A 6'4" northern man, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Shane hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears yellow robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a shield, but if one is not available he will default to his shortbow. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. He has brown eyes and a yellow hat with a green feather.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Description: This man wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Raymond embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He found a children's book about a Human Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he desires power and/or immortality

He carries a battered rapier and tarnished greatsword as well. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has amber eyes and a grey hat with a red feather.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Soapmaker. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born in the north to a Beggar, Bernard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions
