Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gilbert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He found a children's book about a Human Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Herbalist who has hired him part-time. He has all his life been fascinated with singing.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he has a crush on the local cook

History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fortune-teller. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fortune-teller for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern
