History: Godfrey was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His childhood dream was to be a Map Maker, but he was a colossal failure. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Godfrey and his spouse have recently divorced.
