Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Lance is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Scribe work with an outfit from a few towns over. Scribe work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a white tunic with tan highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Description: This late middle aged man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination and is in decent physical shape. With a patchy chestnut beard and wild chestnut hair. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Geoffrey took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up scimitar and armor he uses now. He bought a scimitar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, and he perpetually has his club ready. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are violet and beady.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
