Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Conrad never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Servant business.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He worked as a nervous Marshal and found it very stressful. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He works hard and plays hard.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Hunter was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Hunter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and he is unsatisfied with his job
