Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He takes great joy in being the best Mayor in town.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He's also a talented Bather, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
