To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears an entirely brown suit with grey socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. He became a Fletcher soon after.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student he started as a Soapmaker, but he got bored and became a Mercenary. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and regain custody of his son

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born in the south. Roland was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shepherd. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep
