History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Unemployed for the past few years.

History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He found a children's book about a Human Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To be a Dyer again; and to find somewhere to settle down
