Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. He became a Spice Merchant soon after.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He takes great joy in being the best Body Guard in town.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Body Guard arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has worked as a Body Guard like his mother before him.

History: Chad lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: This tall, slender man wears baggy white pantaloons and a grey scarf. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He got into the Herbalist business at a young age. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has achieved small success as a Herbalist.

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears baggy brown pantaloons and a blue scarf. He has shaved his head bald. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is a great chef.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
