Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Gilbert was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
