Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. History: Thomas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Thomas took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Gerald Palomarez, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and he perpetually has his quarterstaff ready. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is a Slave Trader first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gerald is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
