History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Architect hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and wants to raise his children well
