History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He tends to his Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears long strands of emerald and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, and is pretty ugly. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Bertram lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Courier, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now mingles about in high society.
