History: Roland was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Map Maker and occasionally as a mercenary.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
