Trym Benson, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He stands about 5'4" and wears bulky black painted plate armor. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are likewise gray.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Trym was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Trym abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personal [hide]
Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears skinny pants and wears a white and brown robe with the hood down. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hammer.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
