History: Lance lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered drow who tried to eat his hand. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a suit in poor condition. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Richard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He tends to his Dyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was born in a small desert village. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He now owns his own business.
