Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He dresses like a well dressed Fletcher does. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fletcher business.

History: Roland lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Fletcher like his father before him.

He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He struck the Weaver job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and wants to work out more often

Description: This tall, slender man wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small yellow clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a Mason, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Shane alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
