He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Percival was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Percival's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
