History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by drow. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bernard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Bernard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many drow want him driven away

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: Expand his business; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Manfred was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Manfred's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Manfred and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and a deep hatred of orcs
