Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Born in the east to a Beggar, Frederick learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has worked as a Beggar like his mother before him.
