History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, William never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Norman embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Norman lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Godfrey was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. After a long history of fighting, Theobald and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
