Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born to a Engraver, his father struggled to pay the bills. Percival was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Spy. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Carter soon after.
