History: Born in the north to a Unemployed, Roland learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Unemployed work with an outfit from a few towns over. Unemployed work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to drow.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit men.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bow.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a Shepherd, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He tends to wear a large green jacket. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Diggory lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. One day when Diggory was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Diggory was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.
