Description: This man is wearing a long, white cloak, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Frederick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This malnourished man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He has a large yellow mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the left. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it
