Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He got into the Ploughman business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Tanner, but he got bored and became a Ploughman. He became a Ploughman soon after.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tim grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he wants revenge against illithids

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: William was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions
