History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is greedy

History: He got into the Herbalist business at a young age. Through the years after Aldous was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Aldous's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Aldous and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Herbalist responsibilities is difficult.
