He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. History: Anthony lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and doesn't want to be a guard and was forced into it by his family

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His first spouse was a Interpreter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Interpreter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Guard, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to share knowledge with the world

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Richard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Richard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
