His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He keeps his long black hair kept up in a rat tail. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Charles was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
