Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Manfred was born the youngest of three triplets. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Manfred took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up trident and armor he uses now. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: This malnourished man wears a red vest and prefers white and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Simon grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He's in love; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat, and is pretty ugly. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

He usually wears his grey robe and has his shortbow always slung over his shoulder. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gerald does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
