History: Arnold lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He found a children's book about a Human Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Born in the west to a Courier, Percival learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Randal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
