History: Gunter was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Alex's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: The child of a Healer, who enjoyed hunting, Alex was taken on many hunting expeditions. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Healer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and sabotage a competitor

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born in the north to a Knight, Adam learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
