Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He keeps his white hair in a flapper bob. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. A true patriot, Bertram would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He keeps his long black hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gerald will drive conversation. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gerald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.
Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his hand crossbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. His auburn hair is heavily combed to the left. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and he perpetually has his morningstar ready. His silver hair is cut short. His blue eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was born in a small forest village. Through the years after Reynard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Reynard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Money/treasure.
