History: Born in the east to a Glassblower, Dustin learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to work out more often

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Lance was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He tends to his Laborer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
