Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Charles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He got into the Barkeep business at a young age. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
