Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Gerald was born with his mother's beautiful face. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Miles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miller for hire.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he's attracted to the pc

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears long strands of opal and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He has moderate length chestnut hair. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Description: 6'4" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, blue shirt, and tan tie. He keeps his long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Bernard's homeland. Bernard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
