His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Simon is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair is blonde and curly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents enrolled him in a Warlock school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He tends to his Armorer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and expand his business

Description: This man stands a little under 5'11" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sellsword. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Marshal profession.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Soapmaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to be a marshal again

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Wymar hails from a village terrorized by giants. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Wymar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away.
