He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. Manfred enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Gunter was born the youngest of three triplets. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Engraver born in the past three hundred years. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and to be a cartwright again
