Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Doctor father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Reynard has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
