Description: He wears dull white sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed crossbow, just in case. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: John hails from a village terrorized by illithids. When John reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Locksmith arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: He is dressed in a clean yellow cloak covering his clean studded leather. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his sword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. His hair is chestnut and curly. He is baby faced.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Heward lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. With bright brown hair and a scraggly beard. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. Lance is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Lance was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

Description: This malnourished man wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His blonde hair is cut short. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Randal was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
