Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Rolf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
