History: Roland was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Conrad reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He became a Masseuse soon after.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Kody was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Kody has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
