Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Conrad enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bowyer for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and balancing his hectic life and new bowyer responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Roofer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Roland was born with his mother's beautiful face. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a Roofer soon after.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and sabotage a competitor

History: Reynard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
