History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Percival was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Percival was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Percival's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of a Engraver, who enjoyed hunting, Theobald was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and retire the richest man in the north

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Servant mother left him crippled. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rolf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
