However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: Miles wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Robert hails from a village terrorized by drow. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
