Anselm Stansfield, Male Human [Permalink]

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mortician. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Everard Wakefield, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He wears his chestnut hair up. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Beggar work with an outfit from a few towns over. Beggar work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Everard Blakeley, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he dresses like a well dressed Mortician does. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. This gray eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He tends to his Mortician job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mortician responsibilities is difficult.
