Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Jocelyn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A 6'0" southern man, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His golden hair is heavily combed to the left. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He got into the Merchant business at a young age. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he is greedy

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Charles was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Merchant.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to protect his home

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His hair is auburn and very short. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Clerebold was born the youngest of three triplets. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a ceremonial dagger on his belt. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born into a rich family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now mingles about in high society.
