Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Chad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with his Assassin mother left him crippled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
