History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is wracked by social anxiety
